The idea of seeing aviation as a male-dominated field is slowly diminishing. Women’s participation in the field of aviation has increased over the years. Many airline companies have opened their doors to women pilots. Recently, Kam Air had its first all-female flight crew on Boeing 737.

At Airworks Aviation Academy, nothing is more rewarding than seeing our alumni in the cockpit of an airplane. The First Officer (FO) of this all-female crew, Mohadese Mirzaee is the first graduate of Kam Air- Airworks partnership.

Kam Air is one of the growing airlines in Afghanistan since 2003. Their main hub is located in Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport. The airline company offers charter flights within the region as well as international destinations and provides a wide range of cargo solutions.

Commercial aviation across the globe is witnessing a phenomenal boom, with more women passionately striving to become a part of the airline industry.
